Great Recipe

So for Christmas brunch I decided to make something we haven't had yet, and it turned out wonderful! It was the Christmas Brunch Casserole . The only changes I made were: 1/2 lb sausage, 1/2 lb bacon and then omitted the mushrooms (I'm the only one who likes them) and parsley (didn't have any!) The only thing I am going to try to do a little differently next time is cook the hash browns a little bit first before putting it all together as the eggs made them a little too mushy for our taste.

It doesn't look that appetizing when it's done baking, but oh was it good!
